Mini Grant

ELSRTS Mini Grant

Mini grant funding supports our day to day operations. Our District and Community Coordinators work directly with the K-8 schools in East Lansing and develop other community partnerships to improve awareness and safety around our schools.

Mini grant funding also makes educational and outreach efforts in schools and the community possible. This includes educational assemblies in the schools, walking school buses, annual Walk & Roll to School Day and Bike & Roll to School Day events, organizing volunteers, and more!

ELSRTS programming is guided by the 6Es: Education, Equity, Engagement, Encouragement, Evaluation, and Engineering. Each aspect of this integrated framework allows us to focus our approach and programming on the needs of the East Lansing community.
